What to expect from your newborn photographer

You can expect your newborn portrait session with me to be relaxed, informal, and completely stress-free. The days following the arrival of your baby are a whirlwind of emotion and activity, so your session is the perfect opportunity to slow down and savour some precious moments. Ideally, newborn photography takes place in the first three weeks of your baby’s life to capture those adorable, sleepy, curled-up poses. However, if you have missed this window, please do not worry. Older babies are equally gorgeous to photograph, with wonderful, engaging, wide-open eyes. Your baby is always in charge, and we will take as many breaks for feeds and cuddles as needed.
