“Ben, Hazel & River – where do we even start!

From start to finish, Ben and River were absolutely amazing and captured our wedding day at Hazlewood Castle on 5th June perfectly. They made us feel completely at ease, blended seamlessly into the day, and managed to capture so many special moments that we'll treasure forever.

They also worked seamlessly alongside our videographer, Dave Spink, and it was clear they made a fantastic team. Everything flowed so naturally, and they ensured both the photography and videography captured every important moment without ever feeling intrusive.

The photos are absolutely incredible, and we've been blown away by the quality and attention to detail. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for Ben – he's been so helpful throughout the whole process and has gone above and beyond whenever we've had any questions or requests.

A huge thank you as well to Hazel for all the work she did behind the scenes and for meeting with us initially. It really made us feel confident that we were in the best hands from the very beginning.

Ben refuses to do a half-job with any gallery. On the day, he has multiple cameras, lights and equipment ensuring he can take any photo, in any environment. When editing, he goes through every single image, editing each one as required.

“Ben has been nothing but incredible; from contacting him to ask him to be our wedding photographer, right through to receiving the photos of our day, Ben has gone above and beyond for us, listened to what we wanted, made the whole experience so enjoyable and absolutely exceeded all our expectations we could have ever had for a wedding photographer. He is so welcoming and professional and nothing was ever stressful. He asked us what we wanted before the wedding so he knew exactly what to do on the day, we didn’t have to worry about or think about anything, he had it all in hand. Both Ben and Toni (the second photographer who came with him) made our day so special, not only using their outstanding talent to capture the most beautiful images, but to help make sure the day ran smoothly and helping out with things we never even noticed! They were amazing at making sure everything on the day ran smoothly and we loved every second!
Ben was so so good at making sure we got all the beautiful images we wanted with all the people we wanted whilst still ensuring we enjoyed every part of our day; we never felt like we were being dragged into photoshoots or taken away from our day, like I know other bride and grooms have experienced. I have no idea how he did it but he’s captured every moment of the day, which is so special to look back on, especially with how quickly the day goes by!
We had our two daughters (2 years old and 4 months old) with us for the whole day and Ben was amazing with them both, including him flying the drone (or helicopter as she called it) to make our toddler giggle, and timing organising group shots around their naps so they could be in the photos as we wanted. The girls loved him which made for some absolutely beautiful natural photos of them both which we really cherish!
Our day was filled with so much fun and laughter thanks to Ben and Toni. We had so many compliments from our wedding guests about them!
We are absolutely besotted with the photographs we got from Ben, they are beyond stunning, more than we could’ve imagined! He was so quick at getting them back to us too and even gave us a teaser album in the meantime.

“Where do we even start? We are completely overwhelmed by how amazing our wedding photos have turned out!

We came across Ben through a recommendation, and as soon as we saw his work, we knew he was the right person for us. Not only did his style perfectly match our venue, but the whole vibe of his photography was exactly what we were looking for. We tried picking out some pictures from his portfolio that we liked, and honestly, every single one was gorgeous!

“If you’re looking for a wedding photographer this is your man! From the start Ben was great, he responses in good time and is always very polite. On our wedding day, I was very nervous to start with and Ben made me feel so comfortable and calm from the beginning. His style is laid back and happy 😃. He took us off to a nearby area for some outdoor photos in his car, this was really nice as it got me and my new husband a couple of hours on our own to soak it all up.
